Specializing in experiential marketing, Dori is passionate about helping brands bring their vision to life through thoughtfully curated events that inspire connection, engage audiences, and leave a lasting impression.

Throughout her career, Dori has supported corporate conferences, experiential brand activations, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, national automotive tours, and more. She believes the most memorable experiences are created through intentional planning, creative thinking, flawless execution, and unwavering attention to detail.



Outside of work, Dori draws inspiration from arts and cultural events, wellness retreats, and live music—interests that continue to influence her creative approach to event production and her appreciation for experiences that bring people together.

Cathy has built a career around her passion for planning, spanning hotel sales, corporate planning, associations, and pharmaceutical meetings. She is a planner who sweats the details, asks the right questions, and never stops learning. She has also mentored early-career planners, believing that sharing knowledge is just as important as gaining it.

Away from the industry, Cathleen puts that same commitment to community into action by volunteering at a food pantry serving more than 700 people each week.

Bianca is someone who finds her groove in the details that make large-scale events run without a hitch, from hotel contract negotiations to the logistics that get thousands of attendees where they need to be, on time.

She thrives on solving the puzzle behind the scenes: managing housing and hotel logistics for national conventions with 25,000+ attendees, coordinating VIP and staff needs, and stepping in wherever the moment calls for it - whether that's overseeing Expo Hall session management or keeping a virtual meeting platform running smoothly for attendees around the world.

Pair that with an entrepreneurial streak and a genuine passion for mentorship (her daughter now works alongside her as a project manager), and you have exactly the kind of professional who brings both precision and heart to every event.
