Deb Jayne has over 20 years of convention planning as well as project management. She has successfully planned and executed conventions and conferences of all sizes. She attended Harrah College of Hospitality at UNLV and was an Eta Lambda Chapter president for Alpha Kappa Psi (a coed professional and business fraternity).
Deb’s vast expertise includes customer service, sales, recruiting and staffing, performance management, vendor and venue selection and management, food and beverage operations, as well as contract negotiations/renegotiations. She thrives on creative problem solving and has a talent for identifying and capitalizing on revenue growth opportunities and negotiating cost savings.
