A Message from Lauren Kramer
Just like that we find ourselves at the beginning of a new year! We are encouraged by the robust recovery the industry experienced in 2023 and optimistic for what lies ahead in 2024. Grateful for the support we received from long-standing clients and appreciative of our new clients this year, we look forward to developing new long-term partnerships.
As we enter our 17th year of business, we have fine-tuned our strategy: in addition to the traditional services we have offered (logistics management, contract negotiations, exhibit/sponsorship enhancement, and strategic event consultation among others), we will be elevating our focus on executive searches and staff placements.
We experienced success in these areas in 2023 and I find it rewarding to match the needs of clients with the strong and experienced professionals who have reached out to us in search of full-time positions.
I, along with our Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Adriana Molina, attended PCMA’s Convening Leaders in San Diego last week. It was a great event to kick off the New Year collaborating and networking with industry leaders. Kudos to PCMA for taking on industry relevant topics from the main stage such as Generative AI and its limitless implications to society. Also from the main stage former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton offered valuable insights on world issues and reflections on life lessons.
The City of San Diego did a phenomenal job and I was delighted to see innovation and renovations all over town!
